LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The 2023 Winter Cup begins and ends with men’s competition, including the senior men’s all-around on Friday, Feb. 24 at 1:30 p.m. and the junior and senior men’s event finals on Sunday, Feb. 26 at 5:30 p.m.
