Many of you have DMed me asking why I made the move to Cedar Park, and these two people, their vision and this gym is my “why!” I’m officially apart of the @capitalgymnasticsgirlsteam family ❤️ • If you would’ve asked me my freshman year of college If I would ever coach, I would have looked at you like you had three heads. Fast forward to now, and I can’t see myself doing anything else rn. • Coaching is an absolute gift. It’s a hard freaking job. You’re coaching athletes not only to reach their athletic potential, but you’re shaping their values, their mentality, their perspective on life. Hats off to coaches bc y’all don’t have it easy! • I can’t thank Capital Gymnastics enough for taking me in. And boy is it full circle to be working with @coach_ira_vernaya and @coach_zach_ again! (I trained with Ira growing up and Zach is @alexalarberg brother. SMALL WORLD!) • Safe to say, it’s so important to keep an open mind and perspective to opportunities. With where and how the sport of gymnastics is trying to make MAJOR changes, it’s so important we give back to the sport in any positive way we can.
