NCAA men’s gymnastics power rankings: Stanford still on top despite being idle

It’s the first week of NCAA men’s gymnastics power rankings, and even though Stanford doesn’t start its season until Week 2, the Cardinal are on top.

With just a few matchups, the only movement in Week 1 was Greenville jumping William & Mary after nearly breaking the program record in only the first meet of the Panthers’ second season.

The rankings are based on the votes of a panel of men’s gymnastics experts surveyed by the CGA, including Gymnastics Now, and will be shared weekly throughout the season on the Gym Now site as part of our partnership with the association. You can read a breakdown of the standings on the CGA site.
